Meet Dr. Melissa Fischetti, an orthodontist dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles through personalized care. She believes orthodontic treatment is about much more than straightening teeth. It is about building self-esteem, improving function, and helping patients feel confident in their smiles. Dr. Melissa earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine before completing advanced specialty training in orthodontics at Columbia, where she earned both a Master of Science in Oral Health and a Certificate in Orthodontics. She has extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults using traditional braces and Invisalign® clear aligners. Dedicated to clinical excellence and lifelong learning, Dr. Melissa completed the Aligner Intensive Fellowship in Invisalign fundamentals and remains committed to continuing education. Her commitment to exceptional patient care has been recognized through the prestigious Dr. Thomas Cangialosi Scholarship, awarded to the graduating orthodontic resident with the highest quality finished cases. Outside the office, Dr. Melissa enjoys traveling with her husband, distance running, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Whether she is creating beautiful smiles or pursuing her personal interests and goals, Dr. Melissa brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.
